We do not accept returns due to Covid 19. I take great pride in producing quality soy candles and other products. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve any issues.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours and mailed out on Monday and Tuesday of every week. Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight.
