We do not accept returns due to Covid 19. I take great pride in producing quality soy candles and other products. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve any issues. Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. We are not responsible for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of any products.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and mailed out on Monday and Tuesday of every week. Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. Orders will be shipped to address provided during the check-out process. Tracking information will be emailed to you when the item is shipped.
